We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the Selfie Nails System purchased from our website, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This allows you to try the Selfie Nails System completely risk free! 

To be eligible for a return/refund you must first contact us at hello@selfienails.com.au explaining the reasons for your requested return. Please include photos showing any issues. If your return request is within 30 days and accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Your return must be sent back within 2 days of your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a full refund, only 1 packet of Selfie Nails are to be opened. Any additional opened packs with be deducted from the full refund amount. All remaining products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any damaged products will not be refunded.

Please note our 30 day guarantee does not apply in the case of a single pack being purchased. It is only applicable when purchasing our complete system.

Sale and discounted items will not be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you asap.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show in your account.
